From order confirmation on August 3rd to customs clearance and successful departure on August 17th, the entire order—spanning production, container loading, and export delivery—was completed in just 14 days.

Typhoon Impacts Shipping Schedules; Logistics Team Follows Up Continuously

Following the container loading, coastal regions encountered typhoon weather, temporarily affecting port shipping schedules.

Facing this sudden weather event, the Haochuan Shoes logistics team continuously monitored port and vessel dynamic changes, maintaining communication with the client's designated forwarder to promptly coordinate customs clearance and subsequent shipping arrangements.

On August 17th, immediately after the typhoon weather ended, customs clearance and release were completed at the first opportunity, and the FCL cargo successfully set sail.

This means that from order confirmation to final shipment, it took only 14 days, securing more time for the client's subsequent winter product stocking and store sales plans.

First Order Successfully Delivered; Client Plans to Visit China Again in November

What is even more promising is that after this order was successfully loaded and handed over, the client further expressed their intention for subsequent cooperation and plans to visit China again in November to further discuss future collaboration matters with Haochuan Shoes.

For an overseas client collaborating for the first time, moving from the first procurement order to planning a return visit to China for negotiations is a crucial step toward deepening bilateral cooperation.
